Each one is a single lot, sourced this year from Minas Gerais and roasted in Canada. These are the two coffees that made us start the company. Both are limited: one batch each, here while stock lasts, and not coming back once the bags are gone. We hand-deliver for free anywhere in Calgary and ship across Canada from $10.

Want to know how we make ours?

One pour-over covers both coffees. 30 g of coffee, 480 g of water, about three and a half minutes. The grind is the only thing that changes between them.
